Approximately 67% of Los Angeles’s eHVCs are splitters and lack loyalty to any one particular airline. This same group values status, as well as access to “pop-up” events and unique money that cannot buy these experiences. By developing a sustainable program with the Lakers, in addition to Takeoff to Tipoff and other community programs, this provided splitters in the eHVC demographic with the unique and exclusive experiences that they desire with one of LA’s favorite team.
